Section 01

Introduction and Applicability

Welcome to pkluke. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pkluke platform and all its related services, games, promotions, and activities. By using this website, opening an account, or participating in any game, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification

Before accessing services or for withdrawals above a certain amount, pkluke may verify identity as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to cooperate with this process will result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

Funds Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

pkluke currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on applicable rules and payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a verified payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

• It is the user's responsibility to ensure all transaction details are provided accurately.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. That means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) in wagers to be placed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offers page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their tier (Bronze: 0.3%, Silver: 0.6%, Gold: 0.9%, Platinum: 1.2%, Diamond: 1.5%).
